　　十年前的一次超自然發光事件導致張鵬（小沈陽 飾）的好友神秘失蹤，十年后，張鵬跟隨攝制組重返事發地尋找真相。當他們再次來到“發光禁地”時卻頻繁遭遇離奇恐怖的事件，認知逐漸錯亂、軀體不斷惡化、理性逐步崩壞，禁忌的駭人真相，將不可逆地摧毀一切……光源不再象征安全，請遠離所有發光體！

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

　　故事描述了陳偉（章宇 飾）和性感美女艾菲（亦涵 飾）前往一處廢棄多年的化工廠做規劃設計，卻意外陷入了一連串恐怖事件的故事。一路上，艾菲作為第三者，主動示愛陳偉，兩人暗地里偷偷交往，而陳偉則在背叛自己的女友的情況下接受了這種行為。他們抵達化工廠后，發現這里布滿了詭異的氛圍：墻上刻著血字，艾菲突然消失了。陳偉意識到自己可能已經陷入了一個危險的陷阱，成為了神秘人設計的犧牲品。　　陳偉與神秘人展開了搏斗，試圖逃出險境。在這場斗智斗勇中，他們面臨著生死攸關的局面。最終，是否能夠成功逃生，成為故事的懸念。然而，即使逃脫了生理上的危機，陳偉還將面臨道德和良知的拷問。他的背叛行為是否值得，他對自己和他人的所作所為是否感到內疚和后悔，這些問題也將成為他未來的挑戰。
