　　The pic is set in the aftermath of an apocalyptic event that forces people into extreme isolation. A father (Moyer) and son (Van Acker), who have been living off grid for 20 years, encounter an outsider (Silverstone) who threatens to destroy the utopia they’ve built.

　　Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.　　Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory?　　n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in.　　What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts.　　On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired.　　One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places.　　Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

　　民初時(shí)代國家動蕩不安，軍閥割據(jù)導(dǎo)致民不聊生。曹云(林青霞飾)是大軍閥曹將軍的女兒，也是一個(gè)愛國者。但是不愿見到父親幫助袁世凱以國家的名義向外國銀行借貸巨款，讓國家的財(cái)務(wù)更雪上加霜，于是偷偷與革命人士聯(lián)絡(luò)。但是一邊是國家，一邊是父親也讓曹云不知如何取舍而陷入內(nèi)心的掙扎。白妞(葉倩文飾)從小在戲班春和班長大，被戲班主的父親（午馬飾）當(dāng)作丫環(huán)使，癡迷唱戲的她一直希望登臺表演，卻沒有機(jī)會；湘紅(鐘楚紅飾)是一位貪財(cái)?shù)母杓耍媚耻婇y逃跑時(shí)偷走其家中一大箱珠寶，卻誤打誤撞讓珠寶運(yùn)進(jìn)了春和班里。這三位在姻緣巧合下結(jié)識，透過這三位主角的生命交錯，共同譜出一段愛國傳奇......

比佛利拜金狗2

　　《比佛利拜金狗2》雖然不像首集一般安排上戲院放映，但製作規(guī)格各方面也都比照當(dāng)初的電影，同樣是運(yùn)用電腦科技讓狗狗們開口說話演戲。本片的故事內(nèi)容則是接續(xù)原本的第一集最后，敘述終成眷屬的吉娃娃伴侶 Papi 和 Chloe 如今共組家庭，但是他們的冒險(xiǎn)可沒有因此結(jié)束喔！沒多久五隻小狗狗們 就報(bào)到了，Papi 和 Chloe 成天開始忙著應(yīng)付這些小鬼頭，防止他們闖禍，給人類主人以及鄰居帶來不必要的麻煩。而且他們的挑戰(zhàn)還不僅於此，這次雖然沒有翻山越嶺，但即使在比佛利本地也會面臨許多冒險(xiǎn)，面對一隻嬌嬌狗的挑釁，吉娃娃們還必須登上狗狗名模伸展臺，讓比佛利狗狗時(shí)尚界大開眼界！

　　影片 Já, Olga Hepnarová 的主創(chuàng)再發(fā)新作，承諾本片會十分獨(dú)特，與捷克國內(nèi)所習(xí)見的作品大異其趣，更顯粗糲?！　∷_拉在布拉格陸軍總部擔(dān)任助理。她極富魅力，身邊俊男如云，卻仍舊單身。對于這點(diǎn)，專橫的母親總是對她時(shí)時(shí)提醒。當(dāng)她遇到俊朗迷人的馬丁時(shí)，她終于體驗(yàn)到了生命中的愛情。漸漸地，他們的關(guān)系越來越親密，但當(dāng)薩拉想把他們的關(guān)系發(fā)展到更深、更肉體的層次時(shí)，馬丁卻出人意料地打斷了她。薩拉不肯接受馬丁諱莫如深的態(tài)度，她想知道彼此之間的阻力究竟為何物。于是，她獲知了馬丁的秘密。他們隨后將了解，人不合群時(shí)，會遭到社會怎樣的對待。　　本片以年輕女子薩拉的視角展開，她愛上了一位神秘男子，但他們的關(guān)系并不完全符合社會標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，他們都必須決定是否值得為在一起而奮斗。影片突出強(qiáng)調(diào)了一個(gè)極具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的問題，即無法滿足周圍環(huán)境的期望，以及與眾不同所帶來的社會壓力、疏離感和自我懷疑。
