女主角被貪污刑警愛人陷害后，想殺死貪污刑警未遂入獄。在牢中，女主角曾嘗試越獄，但失手被抓，連累獄中同囚被獄警無理欺壓。貪污刑警雇用監獄中女囚，企圖暗中殺人滅口，但未能得手。其後，囚犯因不能忍受獄警的無理虐待，觸發暴動。女主角成功趁亂逃獄後，化身黑衣復仇天使，親手手刃仇人及相關人員。
