新奧利良州市長因女兒當娜被兇徒殺害，暗地聘請退役警員美斯（大衛基爾飾）替其追查，追捕中，美斯認識了無辜而被嫌疑兇手的米殊（羅拔希斯飾），和替他掩飾身份的妓女莎華拉（白梅娜安迪遜飾），三人便攜手合作，追捕兇徒。可是，二人被-奸狡警員處處陷害，令得他們險象環生。而在緊湊的追逐情節？，三人更擦出三角愛火，劇情因而演變為浪漫的追擊行動。
