　　該片講述因神經(jīng)衰退正在接受治療的智敏在親眼目睹肇事逃逸事故后，總是分不清現(xiàn)實(shí)和幻想，并因此經(jīng)歷了神秘事件的故事。南奎麗飾演女主角智敏，這也是她時(shí)隔三年重返銀幕，并首次挑戰(zhàn)驚悚片，電影計(jì)劃于今年9月開(kāi)拍，預(yù)計(jì)將于2018年上半年上映。

　　該取材于武穴市4000多名黨員下社區(qū)、進(jìn)小區(qū)，通過(guò)黨建引領(lǐng)老舊小區(qū)改造的故事：建于上世紀(jì)七、八十年代的老油廠小區(qū)，有9棟樓160多戶居民，是一個(gè)典型的無(wú)物管、無(wú)主管部門、無(wú)人防物防的“三無(wú)”小區(qū)。這里許多居民亂搭亂建雜物間、小車棚，下水道破損無(wú)人維修，生活污水橫流，居住環(huán)境十分惡劣。有條件的住戶外出購(gòu)房搬離后，又將這里的房子出租出去，導(dǎo)致這兒的居住環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜。龍?zhí)渡鐓^(qū)主任張昊陽(yáng)借老舊小區(qū)改造之際，做活黨建+的文章，派出社區(qū)片警樊玉鋒任第一支部書記，引導(dǎo)居民開(kāi)展“法治、德治、自治”。在社區(qū)工作者和小區(qū)黨支部+業(yè)主委員會(huì)的共同努力下，解決了一批居民急難愁盼的事，終于讓居住在這里的近千名群眾生活出現(xiàn)了新業(yè)態(tài)。

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
