　　電視臺的監制阿南（曾志偉 飾）一直郁郁不得志，雖然才華橫溢，但是由于不善交際，做的都是一些冷門時段的節目。這日，他在一個公眾場合偶遇了過氣歌手阿Ken（吳鎮宇 飾），發現阿Ken想方設法都想上臺獻唱。看著阿Ken的古怪舉動，阿南突然有了一個想法，發現了一條可以幫助二人成功的道路。阿南向阿Ken提出成為他的獨家代理人，并幫他重新包裝，保證他一定能咸魚翻身。原來，阿南的計劃就是讓Kenny裝瘋賣傻，全力吸引傳媒的視線，為了能再次踏上舞臺，阿Ken答應了。　　果然如阿南所料，Kenny的瘋癲行為引來了大批傳媒，他也迅速走紅。此時，電視臺為了能讓Kenny來上節目，只好滿足阿南的要求，將他調到熱門時段的節目讓他大展拳腳。正當這對伙伴的事業一帆風順時，一個艱難的抉擇卻擺在了阿南面前。

　　Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.　　Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory?　　n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in.　　What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts.　　On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired.　　One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places.　　Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

超狗任務

　　超人狗最初是一條在警隊服役的普通小獵犬，因為執行任務時的一次嚴重失誤，被革職。流落街頭的小獵犬被捉到一個動物研究所，邪惡的西蒙（彼德?定克拉吉 飾）博士在那里對流浪狗進行試驗，希望能創造出一條超人狗。　　小獵犬大鬧實驗室，陰差陽錯成了超人狗，并逃了出去。研究所的一個保安在下班的時候遇見超人狗，并把它帶回家，希望借此改善和兒子的關系。　　在家里，超人狗發現自己不但力量強大、速度驚人，而且還能說話和飛翔。在保安之子的鼓勵下，超人狗決定用自己的力量服務社會，與此同時，邪惡的西蒙博士則在琢磨怎么奪回超人狗，還計劃著一個陰險的陰謀……

　　品性憨直，風趣幽默，農村吃百家飯長大的孤兒石二狗，在城市打工意外獲得彩票大獎五百萬，之后，他風風火火的回到老家，借著酒勁給鄉親們發錢，并且還想憑這五百萬娶村長的女兒石金鳳，但是卻遭到石金鳳的嘲笑，于是他發奮要為老家人民做點大事——修路，將修路的工程包給了金鳳城里的男朋友胡大光，以這樣顯示他的大度并期望博得金鳳的歡喜，可是卻由于經驗的缺失和文化知識的不足，被胡大光給蒙混了，手上的錢都讓胡大光騙走了，連答應給村里修小學的錢也被騙的一光二凈，二狗又成了一個身無分文的窮光蛋。 二狗有錢的時候，在眾多人中招聘了韓美華作為村里學校的老師，現在二狗沒錢了，本以為韓美華會離開石頭村，但是由于二狗的善良和執著，早已深深的打動了美麗聰明的城里女孩韓美華。韓美華利用自己的經驗和智慧聯手以前一直瞧不起二狗的村民們，為二狗打贏了官司。最后在韓美華的指引和村民們的幫助下，石二狗憑借自己堅韌的毅力，白手起家，帶領百姓發家致富開創了嶄新的事業。
