警探鐵男（任達(dá)華 飾）在執(zhí)行任務(wù)中失手打死了自己的親哥哥，這使他產(chǎn)生心理陰影落下陽(yáng)痿的毛病。在鐵男邂逅了不良少女小貓（邱淑貞 飾）之后，他發(fā)現(xiàn)只要見到小貓病就會(huì)好，小貓也很喜歡他。一次意外小貓殺人后失蹤，被職業(yè)女殺手四姐（姚煒 飾）救下并訓(xùn)練成殺手。四姐的大徒弟公主（吳家麗 飾）是個(gè)女同性戀，她殺手的手法十分毒辣，她對(duì)四姐早就心懷不滿，同時(shí)也對(duì)小貓懷有幻想。一系列的殺人命案讓鐵男又一次遇到了小貓，雖然小貓不承認(rèn)自己的身份，但是鐵男認(rèn)定她就是小貓。四姐和公主都想除掉鐵男這個(gè)麻煩的警探，但是小貓?zhí)幪幈Ｗo(hù)他。不久后公主為了自己的利益殘忍地殺死了四姐，小貓為了替師父報(bào)仇引誘公主出現(xiàn)，計(jì)劃跟她同歸于盡，危機(jī)時(shí)刻鐵男出現(xiàn)了，看著奄奄一息的小貓他做了一個(gè)這輩子都不后悔的決定……
