　　本片根據真實歷史事件改編。　　1971年，黑人激進組織領導邁克爾X因販毒被控告，但因他一年前取得了英國皇室成員瑪格麗特公主的私密照片并以此要挾官方而被開釋。英國軍情五處工作人員提姆（Richard Lintern 飾）受命取回收藏在倫敦某銀行的這批照片。　　提姆物色到販毒女子瑪婷（Saffron Burrows 飾），要挾她搶劫銀行來為自己取得照片。瑪婷很快同以泰瑞（Jason Statham 飾）為首的幾個半職業罪犯或新人組成了計劃挖地道劫掠保險庫的團伙。　　泰瑞等人如愿將保險庫洗劫，但贓物卻讓他們坐立不安：涉及皇室成員的私密照片、銀行家行賄官員的賬本、高官們不可告人的齷齪愛好……由于一位無線電愛好者無意間聽到了他們作案時的對話內容，此案掀起軒然大波，泰瑞等人陷入了各種勢力爭奪的中心，他只能借助手上的證據苦苦周旋……

In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension.
